Another missing point for a full endnote integration would be to import also customized styles. Maybe this could be added some day. Even though you provide lots and lots of styles, it is always difficult to find proper styles in the Humanities (non English speaking).

Anyway, we are discussing this for almost one year and it is still not working. I am looking forward to the update. Hopefully it gets resolved some day… besides, characters like ö, ä are imported, the problem goes deeper: wrong cases and even additional characters (SLASH-DOT). Sample files have been sent five times already! Nevertheless: Merry Christmas!

Endnote is still not fully supported. As a user I observe severe problems with changed characters when importing the endnote library. At least there are no error messages anymore or problems regarding the import procedure itself but the imported information is not correct. My guess is, that this problem is related to the unawareness of the developers towards foreign languages. For example, in English you don't have the problem of missing uppercase characters therefore the developers don't see this problems. Same for wrongly imported characters or strange characters such as a dot turns out as SLASH-DOT in the bibliography which are markup problems. I really think this software has high potentials but I am not amused about the quality. In my opinion features are added frequently but there is no stable working version which is a problem for users. Until today I cannot recommend Endnote together with Manuscripts.

I really beg you: Please fix this import problems with endnote!
We are discussing this problems since you started endnote support and even you sell now Manuscripts together with Endnote, Endnote import is not working (?????)
