Exporting to word fails

Hi,

I am trying to export my manuscript from the app to word but it fails. It just creates a blank document. But if I try to export it to PDF it works. Kindly advice how to solve this issue?
Could you please tell me how do I edit the references? I want to delete the annotations the web links from my references.

Restarted my computer and the app. and now exporting to word works

However, kindly let me know how to edit the references?
